    Whipped Horseradish Mashed Potatoes

    Aunt Saunny

    3 lbs potatoes
    1 stick butter
    1/2 cup heavy cream
    1 tbsp horseradish
    salt and pepper to taste

    1. Peel and boil potatoes until fork tender
    2. Strain potatoes and pass them through a fine mesh strainer
    3. Heat cream and butter and add to the potatoes while whisking
    4. Add horseradish, salt and pepper
