Sauteed Sauerkraut

List of Ingredients
1 can or bag of saurkraut
1 tablespoon sugar
one medium onion
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
3 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons vegatable oilRecipe
sautee the butter/oil with diced onion in a skillet till onions are golden brown
drain sauerkraut and rinse in colunder with cold water for just a few seconds. If you like it more sour, then do not rinse
add to browning onions and add sugar, pepper and paprika
sautee for 20 minutes
serve as a side dish or with hotdogs, or pork dishes.
