Scalloped Sauerkraut & Potatoes

1, 14 oz. can of sauerkraut
6 to 8 potatoes, peeled & sliced thin
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup of milk
Butter casserole dish
Pour sauerkraut in dish, & spread evenly around
Layer sliced potatoes over sauerkraut
Mix milk with mushroon soup, and pour over potatoes.
Bake in 350 degree oven for about 1 hour, or untill potatoes are done.

Cook Time: about 1 hour
