MAPLE GLAZED BUTTERNUT SQUASH

Heat oven to 425 DEGREES. In bowl, combine (1 butternut squash), cut into chunks, (1 red onion), cut into thick wedges, (4 green onions), cut into pieces, (2 cloves garlic), sliced, (1/3 cup maple syrup), (2 tsp. chopped rosemary), (1/4 tsp. salt), toss until blended. Spread in single layer on jelly roll pan or other pan coated with nonstick spray. Bake 15 min. Add (1 1/2 cup red grapes), bake 5 min. more or until squash is tender. Place in serving bowl. MAKES 6 SERVINGS.*
