SQUASH WEDGES WITH THYME

Heat oven to 375 DEGREES. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil. Place (1 acorn squash), cut into 6 wedges, and (1 butternut squash), cut into 6 wedges on baking sheet, brush with (2 tbs. melted butter). Mix (1 tbs. brown sugar) and (1/4 tsp. salt), rub over wedges. Roast 60 min. until soft and brown at edges. Transfer to serving platter. GARNISH WITH: Fresh thyme leaves. MAKES 6 SERVINGS.*
