Squash or Zucchini Casserole

3 cups cut up squash or zucchini
3 tablespoons oleo or butter
2 cups grated cheese
3 eggs, beaten
1/3 cup milk
1/2 teaspoons salt
1/8 teaspoons pepper
21 crumbled Ritz crackers
Directions
Cook squash or zucchini. Add onion, salt, and pepper together. Drain
well. Mash. Add cheese and butter or oleo to hot squash. Add beaten
eggs and milk; cover with Ritz crackers. Bake in shallow pan or
baking dish at 350 degrees F. for 30 to 35 minutes.
