Zucchini Crepes

6 medium zukes, shredded
4 eggs
1/2 cup slice green onions
1 cup Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic granules (or use chopped fresh)
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup flour or 1 cup self rising flour or 1 cup Bisquick or 1 cup
Italian
bread crumbs
Mix all.
Fry in large greased skilled (I use olive oil) Flatten crepe into a flat crepe with the back of the spoon. Brown each side. Good hot or cold. Try to flip only one time.
