Zucchini Pie

Thinly slice 4 cups of zucchini and 1 cup of onion. Cook until tender and drain very well.Pie crust is 1 cresent roll package-unroll and make fit in a 10inch pie pan. Spread 2 heaping tablespoons of mustard over the crust.
In a large mixing bowl place the drained zucchini mixture,2 eggs and 3 cups of grated mozerella cheese. Add 3 drops of tabasco sauce, salt,pepper,and garlic to taste.
Pour the mixture in the prepared crust and make it all even on top.Bake in a 375deg. oven for 25 minutes. Take out and allow to cool somewhat before cutting.
