Zucchini Torte

3 cups thinly sliced, raw zucchini
1 cup Bisquick
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup fresh, grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
2 Tablespoons fresh Italian parsley, chopped
1/2-teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon dried Oregano
Dash pepper
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/2-cup vegetable oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten
Preheat oven to 350*F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan. Thoroughly mix all the ingredients in a large bowl. Spread into the baking pan and bake until the top begins to brown, about 25-30 minutes. Cool completely and then cut into small squares
