    "Nana" to Bubbe & Alex

    Filling:
    2/3 cup Honey
    3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
    2 eggs slightly beaten
    1/2 cup evaporated milk
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/4 cup melted margarine

    Mix all ingredients together and spread in a 9x13-inch baking pan.


    Topping:
    1 cup brown sugar
    1/3 cup flour
    1/3 cup margarine at room temperature
    1 cup chopped pecans

    Mix brown sugar, flour and margarine until blended and crumbly. Stir in nuts. Sprinkle over sweet potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. Transfer ingredients into your favorite serving bowl and top with additional nuts. Serves 12.
