    Ingredients:
    1.) 2 pounds venison steaks
    2.) 2 eggs, beaten
    3.) Salt, to taste
    4.) Black coarse pepper, to taste
    5.) 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
    6.) 1/4 cup Romano-Parmesan cheese

    Preparation:
    In a bowl combine the salt and pepper with the beaten eggs. In another bowl combine the bread crumbs with the grated cheese and blend well.
    Dip the steaks in the egg batter, roll them in the bread crumb and cheese mixture. In a large skillet fry the steaks in a small amount of cooking oil over medium high heat until breading is golden brown. Turn frequently, but do not let the burn
