    This is a real Indian Treat !!

    Preparation Time: 15 minutes
    Cooking Time: 1 hour 30 minutes

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 slabs pork spareribs
    • 4 8-ounce cartons plain yogurt
    • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
    • 6 tablespoons grated ginger root
    • 4 jalapeño peppers, seeded
    • 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves
    • 2 tablespoons ground cumin
    • Red food coloring


    Instructions


    1. Combine yogurt, garlic, ginger, chiles, cilantro and cumin in blender container; purée.

    2. Add a few drops of red food coloring. Place ribs in large plastic bag, coat with marinade, seal bag and refrigerate overnight.
    3. Build medium-hot banked fire in kettle-style grill. Drain ribs from marinade and place over drip pan; close grill hood and grill for 1 1/2 hours, until ribs are tender.
