    List of Ingredients


    • 1 7/8 tablespoons chili oil
    • OR
    • 7/8 tablespoons vegetable oil
    • 1 7/8 pounds pork tenderloin, cut into 1/2-inch slices
    • 1 7/8 cups fresh pineapple chunks
    • OR
    • 1 7/8 (8-ounce) cans pineapple chunks in juice, drained
    • 5 5/8 tablespoons honey
    • 7 1/2 cups shredded napa (Chinese) cabbage (1 pound)
    • Hot cooked rice, if desired


    Instructions


    1. Heat wok or 12-inch skillet over high heat. Add oil; rotate wok to coat side.

    2. Add pork; stir-fry 4 to 5 minutes or until no longer pink. Add pineapple and honey; cook and stir 1 minute. Add cabbage; stir-fry about 30 seconds or until hot. Serve with rice.
