Creamy Sausage & Noodle Casserole

List of Ingredients



• Jimmy Dean sage sausage, cooked & crumbled
  
• 1/2 onion, chopped & added in as you're cooking the sausage
  
• chipotle chiles to taste, or a dash of ground chipotle
  
• 1/2 bag kluski noodles
  
• 2 - 2-1/2 cups hot water
  
• 1/2 pkg. cream cheese (4 oz)
  
• 1 cup sour cream
  
• snipped parsley
  






Instructions



1. When sausage is completely cooked, add dry noodles & water. Bring to boiling, reduce heat, cover & cook until noodles are tender & water is all absorbed.
   
   
2. Add cream cheese & sour cream, stirring gently to blend together. Heat to serving temperature. Garnish with parsley & serve immediately.
   
   






Final Comments


In lieu of fresh snipped parsley, dehydrated flakes may be added when you add the water.
