List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef, cooked & crumbled
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 bag mixed vegetables, thawed & drained well
- 1 can of any "cream of" condensed soup - your choice (undiluted)
- 3 or 4 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Layer the ingredients evenly in a 2 quart casserole dish
- Bake about 60 minutes at 350F, until top has browned nicely.
- Let set a few minutes before serving.
Final Comments
Adding a healthy splash of worcestershire sauce, steak sauce or tabasco to the undiluted soup before you spread it on will give this a needed zip . . . otherwise it's pretty bland.
