Tuna-Macaroni Casserole (Tom's Friday Treat)

List of Ingredients
- 2 cups macaroni, cooked
- 4 ounces sliced sauteed mushrooms
- 3/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup diced green pepper
- 1/2 cup cashew pieces
- 12 ounces tuna, well drained
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Combine olives, macaroni, mushrooms, green pepper, cashews & tuna.
- Add sour cream & oregano and mix well.
- Spoon into a 1-1/2 quart casserole & top with cheese.
- Bake at 350F for 25 minutes.
- Serves 4.
