List of Ingredients
- 6 cups oatmeal
- 1 cup wheat bran
- 1 cup wheat germ
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup non-fat dry milk
- 3/4 cup broken pecan pieces
- 3/4 cup sunflower kernels
- 3/4 cup sesame seed
- ----------
- 3/4 cup canola oil
- 3/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. salt
Instructions
- Combine first eight ingredients, mix well.
- Combine remaining ingredients and heat until well blended & completely dissolved.
- Pour over dry ingredients and mix well to coat.
- Bake at 300F 50-60 minutes, stirring every 8-10 minutes.
- Cool completely.
- Store in airtight container.
- Eat it dry as a snack, or add milk like a cold cereal.
