    List of Ingredients


    • 6 cups oatmeal
    • 1 cup wheat bran
    • 1 cup wheat germ
    • 1 cup coconut
    • 1 cup non-fat dry milk
    • 3/4 cup broken pecan pieces
    • 3/4 cup sunflower kernels
    • 3/4 cup sesame seed
    • ----------
    • 3/4 cup canola oil
    • 3/4 cup honey
    • 1/2 cup brown sugar
    • 1/2 cup water
    • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
    • 1 tsp. salt


    Instructions


    1. Combine first eight ingredients, mix well.
    2. Combine remaining ingredients and heat until well blended & completely dissolved.
    3. Pour over dry ingredients and mix well to coat.
    4. Bake at 300F 50-60 minutes, stirring every 8-10 minutes.
    5. Cool completely.
    6. Store in airtight container.
    7. Eat it dry as a snack, or add milk like a cold cereal.
