- 1 or 2 cans Chili with Beans
- 1 large can Hormel tamales
- 1 big bag tortilla chips
- shredded cheddar & colby jack cheese
- sour cream
Instructions
- Heat up a can or two of Chili with Beans
- Pop open a large can of Hormel Tamales and heat them up in a skillet, simmering for a few minutes
- While you are doing that, empty a ton of tortilla chips into a casserole dish
- Add the Chili and the cooked tamales (cut up into bits) to the top of your chips
- Add generous amount of shredded cheddar and colby jack cheeses
- Put in oven on broil until the cheese is nice and melted (just a few minutes! don't burn it!)
- Add a few dollops of sour cream on top
