    List of Ingredients


    • 1 or 2 cans Chili with Beans
    • 1 large can Hormel tamales
    • 1 big bag tortilla chips
    • shredded cheddar & colby jack cheese
    • sour cream


    Instructions


    1. Heat up a can or two of Chili with Beans
    2. Pop open a large can of Hormel Tamales and heat them up in a skillet, simmering for a few minutes
    3. While you are doing that, empty a ton of tortilla chips into a casserole dish
    4. Add the Chili and the cooked tamales (cut up into bits) to the top of your chips
    5. Add generous amount of shredded cheddar and colby jack cheeses
    6. Put in oven on broil until the cheese is nice and melted (just a few minutes! don't burn it!)
    7. Add a few dollops of sour cream on top
