Shrimp Dip

List of Ingredients
- 3 8-oz pkg cream cheese
- 1 large tomato, peeled & diced small
- 1 large onion, minced
- 1/2 lb. frozen shrimp, thawed & diced
- jalapenos and/or green chiles, minced, to taste
Instructions
- Cook over low heat for 50 - 60 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot as dip, or cold as spread - with crackers or chips.
