    List of Ingredients


    • 3 8-oz pkg cream cheese
    • 1 large tomato, peeled & diced small
    • 1 large onion, minced
    • 1/2 lb. frozen shrimp, thawed & diced
    • jalapenos and/or green chiles, minced, to taste


    Instructions


    1. Cook over low heat for 50 - 60 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    2. Serve hot as dip, or cold as spread - with crackers or chips.
