List of Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 3/4 cup salad oil
- 3 tbsp. honey
- 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- One 2 lb. flank steak
Instructions
- Combine first five ingredients in a jar or leak-free container & shake vigorously.
- Add flank steak to marinade and marinate at least 2 hours, turning from time to time.
- Remove steak and discard marinade.
- Grill steak about 4 minutes each side. Do not overcook.
- Slice thin and serve with crusty bread & tossed salad.
