An Irish breakfast bread, adapted from Maddybenny Farm recipe. Maddybenny Farm is an Irish bed & breakfast inn.





List of Ingredients



• 2 cups hot mashed potatoes
  
• 3/4 cup flour
  






Instructions



1. Using potatoes mashed with butter, salt and even sour cream & cream cheese, proceed to knead in flour until a nice soft dough is formed.
   
2. Refrigerate overnight.
   
3. Roll out to 1/2" thick; cut as for biscuits.
   
4. Fry in butter or oil until golden, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
   
5. Serve hot as is, or with maple syrup.
