    First we thawed some meat:

    Next, we cut up three Butter Gold potatoes and put them in a skillet with olive oil to brown:

    Then we cut up an onion:

    and added the chopped onion to the potatoes in the skillet:

    Next we chopped up a green pepper:

    In a smaller skillet we browned the meat:

    In a wok, we melted a small pat of butter:

    Broke 9 eggs into a bowl (seasoned with a little garlic salt)

    Keeping some of the potatoes and onions aside, we dumped the rest into the wok, adding the eggs (with some milk), and sausage ...

    ... and green pepper

    cooked to perfection...

    and served up for breakfast (on a paper plate. lol)

    YUMMY!

    Add (generously!) some cheese, salsa, hot sauce (for Bex), and a dollop of sour cream and you have a "southwest frittata" with a side of german potatoes.
