Rhubarb Crisp (even for rhubarb haters! *)

List of Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 3-4 tbsp. flour
- 5-6 cups fresh diced rhubarb
- 1 box Jiffy yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1-1/2 sticks melted butter or margarine
Instructions
- Mix flour and sugar together, toss with rhubarb.
- Place in 9x13 baking dish, sprinkle dry cake mix and chopped nuts over fruit.
- Drizzle melted butter over all.
- Bake at 350F for 50-60 minutes.
- Serve warm or cold.
Final Comments
* Of course you don't actually TELL them it's rhubarb until after they've discovered they love it!
