    List of Ingredients


    • 6 oz. lump crab meat
    • bread crumbs as needed
    • 1 - 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
    • 3 - 4 tbsp. minced onion
    • 1/4 cup minced celery
    • 1 egg
    • seasonings to taste:
    • >>> salt
    • >>> fresh ground pepper
    • >>> white pepper
    • >>> onion powder
    • >>> garlic powder
    • >>> beef bouillon granules
    • >>> dried parsley flakes
    • >>> ground nutmeg
    • >>> brown spicy mustard
    • ----------
    • Oil as needed for frying.


    Instructions


    1. Combine ingredients and mix well.
    2. Form into six patties about 1/2" thick.
    3. Coat with more fine bread crumbs and fry in oil until deep golden brown.
    4. Serve with tartar sauce made of mayonnaise, mustard, minced onion & minced garlic dill pickles.
