    List of Ingredients


    • 2 c. yellow squash, sliced
    • 1 c. zucchini, sliced
    • 1 med. onion, chopped
    • 1/4 c. water
    • 2 c. cracker crumbs
    • 1 stick margarine, melted
    • 1 can cream of celery soup
    • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
    • 1 large carrot, grated
    • 1 jar diced pimiento
    • 1 tsp. sage
    • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    • 1 c. grated cheddar cheese


    Instructions


    1. Steam the squash, zucchini & onion in the 1/4 of water for about 5-6 minutes.
    2. Combine soup, water chestnuts, carrot, pimento, sage and mayonnaise to make the sauce.
    3. Mix cracker crumbs with melted butter. Put 1/2 of crumbs in bottom of baking dish.
    4. Combine sauce with squash/zucchini/onion mixture and spoon over crumbs. Sprinkle with cheese and remaining crumbs.
    5. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until lightly brown.
