    Lemon Cream Sauce with Pine Nuts

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup heavy cream
    • 2 tbsp. grated lemon peel
    • 2 tbsp. finely minced parsley
    • 1 lb. capellini (angel hair pasta)
    • 2 tbsp. butter
    • 2 tbsp. grated fresh parmesan cheese
    • 3 tbsp. toasted pine nuts
    • black pepper to taste


    Instructions


    1. Heat cream over very low heat. Add lemon peel & parsley.
    2. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain it; toss with butter & parmesan.
    3. Pour cream sauce over pasta & toss again.
    4. Sprinkle with pine nuts & pepper and toss once more.


    Final Comments


    Homemade fresh pasta is especially good with this sauce.
