    Mexican Beef Enchiladas

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 pounds ground beef
    • 1 package taco seasoning
    • 10 burrito-size tortilla shells
    • Shredded cheese
    • 1 large can refried beans
    • 2 cans RED enchilada sauce
    • shredded Lettuce
    • diced Tomatoes
    • sour cream


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven 375 degrees
    2. Brown meat, pour in taco seasoning, add a little water so the seasoning coats all the meat. Set aside
    3. Get tortilla shell, fill with some beans, add some meat, roll place in a 9X13 baking pan, repeat with all 10 tortillas.
    4. Open sauce & pour over all wraps, coat with shredded cheese. Bake until the sauce starts to boil.
    5. Remove from oven.
    6. Top with shredded cheese, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes and sour cream and serve.

    MMMMM MMMMM good

    You can make the same thing with chicken instead of beef, but subsrituting the RED enchilada sauce with the green chile enchilada sauce and replacing the beans with cheese.
