Cranberry Pork Chops

List of Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1/3 cup flour
- olive oil or butter for frying
- 1 can whole-berry cranberry sauce
- 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- In large zip lock bag, place flour and seasonings. Add pork chops one at a time and shake until coated. Heat oil in large skillet and cook chops for about 5 minutes on each side.
- In small bowl, combine cranberry sauce and balsamic vinegar. Pour over cooked chops in pan, and simmer on medium-low for about 10 minutes. Serve.
