Ginny's Noodle Salad

List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. small macaroni, cooked & drained
- 2/3 cup cider vinegar
- ----------
- 1 cup minced celery
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 6 green onions, minced
- 1/2 cup chopped black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped green stuffed olives
- 1 2-oz jar chopped pimento, drained
- 1 can black-eyed peas, drained
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- ----------
- Dressing:
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3 dashes worcestershire sauce
- 3 dashes hot pepper sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tbsp. minced green chiles (optional)
Instructions
- Pour vinegar over cooked/drained macaroni & let stand while preparing other ingredients.
- When macaroni is cool, add remaining ingredients.
- Prepare dressing and pour over all.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 24 hours to blend flavors.
