Three Bean Salad

List of Ingredients
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup any light vegetable oil (like canola, etc)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
- 1 or 2 cans cut green beans, drained
- 1 can cut wax beans, drained
- 1 can dark kidney beans, drained & rinsed
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
Instructions
- Combine first six ingredients and warm over low heat until sugar dissolves completely.
- Toss together remaining ingredients in a large bowl and pour warm dressing over all.
- Refrigerate for several hours, stirring occasionally.
- Keeps several days in the refrigerator.
