    List of Ingredients

    • 1 pound lean ground beef
    • 1 small chopped onion
    • 1 tbsp. prepared mustard
    • 2 tbsp. vinegar
    • 2 tbsp. sugar
    • 1 tbsp. water
    • 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
    • 1/4 tsp. celery seed
    • 1/4 tsp. tabasco sauce
    • 1/4 cup catsup

    Instructions

    1. In salted skillet, over medium heat, brown ground beef with onion, breaking up meat with fork to crumble fine.
    2. Drain off fat.
    3. Add mustard, vinegar, sugar, water, Worcestershire sauce, celery seed, and Tabasco sauce; mix well.
    4. Add enough catsup to keep mixture loose.
    5. Reduce heat to low, and simmer (uncovered), for 35 to 40 minutes.
    6. Makes enough sauce for six to eight medium frankfurters.

    Final Comments

Very good sauce for Chili Dogs, (Coney Islands) and even sloppy joes,
