8 oz. Cream Cheese
1 Chicken Bullion Cube
1/8 Cup Water

Start by setting the cream cheese out to soften. Let it get close to room temperature. Then heat 1/8 cup of water in the microwave and dissolve a chicken bullion cube in the water. I usually stir it with a fork until it dissolves.
Pour this and the block of soft, room temperature cream cheese into a mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy
