Gorgonzola & Walnut Spread

Recipe Introduction
Whenever I take this spread to a get-together, everyone raves! You can make it up to 3 days ahead of time.
List of Ingredients
4 oz pkg crumbled Gorgonzola cheese, divided
1/2 cup chopped walnuts; toasted and divided
8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
3 Tbsp half and half
1/4 tsp pepper
pita chips, apple slices Recipe
Combine 1 TBSP each of Gorgonzola cheese and walnuts for topping; set aside.
Place remaining Gorgonzola cheese in food processor. Add cream cheese, half and half, and pepper; process just until blended.
Spoon into shallow serving plate; stir in remaining walnuts. Sprinkle with reserved cheese mixture.
Serve with pita chips or apple slices for dipping
Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
