Ham Roll-ups

List of Ingredients
1 pkg 8oz Cream Cheese
2 Tbsp evaporated milk
2 Tbsp chopped Parsley
1 tsp grated Onion
1 tsp horseradish
1/4 cup chopped pecans
10 slices packaged boiled ham
Mix the Cream Cheese, milk, parsley, Onion, Horseradish and pecans. Spread on Ham. Roll up like a jelly roll. Wrap in waxed paper and refrigerate until serving time. Cut into 1/2 inch slices. Serve cold. Yield :80 Servings
Variation: Omit Horseradish and Pecans. Add a dash of cayenne and salt to taste. Spread on sliced dried beef or thinly sliced PastramiRecipe
