    Campbells Easy Holiday Meals 1994

    Recipe Introduction


    For Party Frankfurters: Sub 1 lb franks, cut into 1 inch pieces, for meatballs. In step 3 add franks with soup.

    List of Ingredients




    1 can (11 1.2 oz) Campbells Condensed Italian Tomato Soup
    1 lb ground beef
    1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 cup water
    2 Tbsp Vinegar
    2 tsp packed brown sugar

    Recipe



    Mix 1/4 cup soup, beef, bread crumbs, egg and worcestershire throughly and shape firmly into 48 (1/2 inch) meatballs. arrange in 15X10 inch jelly roll pan.

    Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until meatballs are no longer pink.

    In a saucepan mix remaining soup, water, vinegar and sugar. Over medium heat, heat to a boil. Reduce to low heat. Cover and cook 5 minutes. Add meatballs and heat through.

    Makes 48 appetizers
