    This recipe makes about 150

    List of Ingredients






    2 1/2 lbs sausage (I use Bob Evens)
    3/4 cup chopped onion

    brown and drain

    2 8oz cream cheese
    1 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 1/4 teaspoon pepper
    10 tablespoon bread crumbs

    mix together and add sausage

    2 32oz bags of saurkraut

    chop and drain and squeeze out as much liquid as you can
    add to mixture and refrigerate overnight

    roll into walnut size balls
    dredge in flour
    into egg and milk wash
    then bread crumbs

    deep fry until golden brown

    Keep in the freezer and heat in a 350 oven until hot (about 10 mins)
