    Warm Bleu Cheese and Bacon Dip

    Garnish with a sprinkle of extra chives and bacon crumbles

    List of Ingredients




    7 slices bacon
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    8oz pkg cream cheese , softened
    1/4 cup half and half
    4 oz container crumbled bleu cheese
    baguette slices, celery sticks

    Recipe



    Cook bacon until crisp in skillet over med heat. Drain bacon on paper towels. Crumble and set aside. Add garlic to drippings in skillet; saute until soft, about 1 minute. In a medium bowl, beath together cream cheese and half and half with an electric mixer on low speed. Stir in bacon, garlic, bleu cheese and chives; spoon onto into an ungreased 8x8" baking pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, until light golden. Serve with baguette and celery sticks.

    Serves 6
