1/2 (46 oz) Can Pineapple Juice
1 Quart Sherbet , any flavor
1/2 (2 liter) bottle 7-up
For 25 Guests
1 (46 oz) Can Pineapple Juice
1 1/2 Quarts Sherbet, any flavor
1 (2 liter) bottle, 7-up
For 50 guests
2 (46 oz) cans pineapple juice
3 quarts sherbet, any flavor
2 (2 liter) bottle 7-up
For 100 Guests
4 (46 oz) cans pineapple juice
3 1/2 quarts sherbet,any flavor
4 (2 liter) bottles 7 up
For 200 Guests
8 (46 oz) cans pineapple juice
6 1/2 gallons sherbet, any flavor
8 (2 liter) bottles 7-up
For 300 Guests
12 (46 oz) cans pineapple juice
9 1/2 gallons sherbet, any flavor
12 (2 liter) bottles 7-up
Recipe
Shake Cans of juice to stir, then empty them into whatever container you are serving from. Break sherbet into pieces and add to juice. Stir well. (you may want to save some sherbet to add shortly before serving) Add 7-up less than an hour before serving.
