    Takes a bit longer than most quick breads, but well worth it!

    List of Ingredients




    3 Cups flour
    1-1/2 cup sugar
    1-1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt
    3/4 tsp nutmeg
    3/4 tsp cloves, ground
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    3 eggs
    1 cup vegetable oil
    16oz can pumpkin
    1 cup golden seedless raisins
    1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour 2 8-1/2" X 4-1/2" loaf pans.

    Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, nutmeg, cloves and baking powder in a large bowl and mix.

    In a medium bowl, beat eggs, oil and pumpkin until blended. Stir pumpkin mixture into flour mixture until flour is moistened. Stir in raisins and walnuts. Pour into loaf pans and bake for 1 hour 15 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.

    Cool in pans for 10 minutes, then turn onto wire rack to completely cool.
