Ripe Olive Bread

List of Ingredients
2 eggs
1 TBSP sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup Olive oil
1/2 cup Milk
1 cup ripe black olives, drained and chopped
1 cup all purpose flour
2 tsp baking soda
Recipe
In a large bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, salt,oil and milk. Add the olives. Stir together the flour and baking powder and add to the egg mixture, stirring just until blended. Do not overheat. Pour into a greased 8-1/2"x1/2"x2-1/2" loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about one hour, or until toothpick comes out clean. Remove loaf from the pan after it has cooled for 10 minutes and allow to cool completely.
