    A tasty side for a hot brunch buffet

    List of Ingredients




    1 lb sliced canadian bacon
    1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
    1/4 cup pineapple juice
    1/4 tsp dry mustard

    Recipe



    Arrange bacon slices in a lightly greased 11x7 inch baking pan; set aside. Combing remaining ingredients; pour over bacon. Cover and bake at 325 for 25-30 min, until heated throughly.

    Serves 6-8
