INGREDIENTS:
Hefty one zip baggies- quart size
Diced onions
Diced tomatoes
Sliced Mushrooms
Low fat shredded cheese
Pre-packaged cubed ham
Bell peppers-diced
Salt and pepper
15-18 Eggs
PREPARATION:
Fill a 2 Gallon pot three-fourths full with water.
Bring water to a boil.
In each zip-lock bag, add two to three eggs whisked eggs and desired ingredients.
Make sure air is removed from baggy before placing into boiling water. Place the baggie(s) into the boiling water let cook for 5-10 minutes depending on desired softness.
Let cool for 2 min. and serve.
Makes 6 omelettes.
