2 TBSP Chopped Onions
2 TBSP chopped green peppers
2 TBSP Butter
1/2 Lb Chopped cooked beef
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp Garlic powder
4 eggs
Oil for cooking Recipe
Saute onions and green peppers in butter until both are tender. Mix in meat and seasonings. Let simmer, covered.
In a bowl, beat eggs throughly and pour into a hot , well oiled skillet, then add meat mixture evenly over eggs. Brown both sides. (Serves 4-5)
Serve with Salsa , sliced Green onions, Sliced Tomatoes or Avocados and warm, buttered corn or flour tortillas.
