translation: Eggs with Ham and Chiles
List of Ingredients
2 tsp Vegetable oil
1 Tbsp diced onion
4 oz can diced green chilies
3/4 cup cooked diced ham
6 large eggs
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper Recipe
In a skillet, heat oil and saute onions until tender. Add chilies and ham. Cook until well heated. Beat eggs and sprinkle in salt and pepper. Pour eggs into skillet and scramble over medium heat.
Serve warm . (Serves 5-6)
