    1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
    1 tsp Dijon Mustard
    1 tsp brown sugar, packed
    1 lb thick sliced bacon

    Recipe



    Combine Syrup, mustard and brown sugar in a small bowl; set aside.

    In a skillet over med high heat, cook bacon in batches until browned but not crisp ; drain well. Brush bacon with syrup mixture and turn over; cook over low heat for 2 minutes. Brush with remaining mixture ; turn and cook an additional 2 minutes.

    serves 6
