    A recipe handed down from Grandma...delicious on toasted bagels and warm muffins

    List of Ingredients




    3 cups canned pumpkin
    1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
    1/2 cup maple syrup
    1/3 cup apple/pear juice
    2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp ground ginger
    1/2 tsp ground cloves

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan over med heat;bring to a simmmer. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes, until well blended.

    Pour mixture into a 13x9 " baking pan sprayed with non-stick vegetable spray. Bake at 300 for one hour and 15 minutes, stirring every 20 minutes, until thickened. Remove, cool slightly.

    Store in an airtight container; keep refrigerated for up to 4 weeks.

    Makes 4 to 5 cups.
