    Serve with scrambled eggs and hashbrowns for a hearty breakfast that will satisfy cool-weather appetites

    List of Ingredients




    1 egg
    1 cup Italian-seasoned dry bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 lb beef round tip steak, thinly sliced
    1 to 2 Tbsp oil

    Recipe



    Whisk egg in a shallow dish; mix bread crumbs and cheese in another shallow dish. Dip steak into egg, then into crumb mixture to coat; set aside. In a skillet over med heat, cook steak until tender and golden on both sides.

    serves 4
