List of Ingredients
5 or 6 medium potatoes
1 1/2 cups milk
2 tbsp butter
1 cup diced cheese
1 small onion, finely diced
1/2 medium green pepper diced
1 small jar , pimientos diced
1/2 tsp salt
cracker crumbs Recipe
Cook the potatoes in thier jackets. Then, Peel and dice. Combine the milk and butter and cook until slightly thickened. Mix all the remaining ingredients, except the potatoes and crumbs. Pour this sauce over the cooled potatoes. Pour everything into a baking dish. Cover with the cracker crumbs. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes
