Smoked Gouda Grits

List of Ingredients
6 cups chicken broth
2 cups milk
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper
2 cups quick-cooking grits, uncooked
1 -2/3 cups smoked gouda cheese, shredded
3 Tbsp Butter, soft
Recipe
Bring broth, milk, salt and pepper to a boil in a large saucepan over med heat. Gradually whisk in grits. reduce heat. cover and simmer. stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes until thickened.
Add cheese and butter, stir until melted.
Serves 6-8
