    Recipe Introduction


    Overnight guests will love waking up to this tasty dish. Just prepare the night before , cover and refrigerate unbaked. In the morning, pop it in the oven.

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 lb bacon , crisply cooked, crumbled and drippings reserved
    1/2 cup onion, chopped
    1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
    1 dozen eggs
    1 cup milk
    20 oz pkg frozen hashbrowns, shredded , thawed
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1 tsp salt or seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1/2 tsp dill weed

    Recipe



    Heat reserved drippings in a large skillet over med heat. add onion and green pepper; cook until tender and set aside.

    Whisk together eggs and milk in a large bowl; stir in bacon, onion mixture and thawed hashbrowns. Mix in cheese and seasonings. Transfer to a greased 13x9 inch pan.

    Bake uncovered at 350 for 35-45 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.

    Makes 8-10 servings.
